Aviara

Aviara is a master-planned community offering resort-style living just a few miles from the beach, with views of the ocean, lagoon, and nearby golf courses. This neighborhood is primarily single-family homes, and there are strict guidelines in place to ensure residents can enjoy the exceptional quality of life offered in this neighborhood. Many of the communities within this neighborhood are gated. Aviara is a residential neighborhood with no shopping centers, commercial buildings or restaurants – with the exception of the Park Hyatt Aviara Resort. La Costa

La Costa is one of the most popular communities in Carlsbad and is a world famous resort destination, thanks to the the Omni La Costa Resort and Spa, formerly the La Costa Resort and Spa, from which the area got its name. The neighborhood is primarily composed of owner-occupied detached homes. Almost all of the homes in this small neighborhood were built in the 1980s and 1990s.
